In other news, we've started a new workout program this week. It's called P90X and it's an at-home workout DVD collection. After the first week I have one word to describe it....OUCH! The idea is to get the most out of your workouts by confusing your muscle groups with multiple exercises. The only bummer for me is that when I work out at home I get annoyed that I can't keep my mind off of the other things I could be doing at home (see the list in the last paragraph). And working out for an hour every day leaves little time for cooking, cleaning, blogging and reading. I miss working out every other day. Oh well. I'll give it a go for at least a month. If I don't see results by then I may have to revert to my old gym routine. At least Scott and I can do this together. That's motiviation!
Today we're off to try cross country skiing together. Neither of us has ever done it, but we hear it's a great workout. Cross your fingers we don't collapse after gasping for oxygen! ;)
